SONUÇ Gözetleme videolarındak dikkat çeken hareketlerin tespi edilmesi karelerdin statik ve dinamik dikkat çeken hareket- ler haritalarının birleştirilmesi, daha sonra dinamik öğrenen video serisiyle dinamik olarak elde edilen yukarıdan aşağı bilgiyle optimize edilerek başarılmıştır. Sonuç dikkat çeken hareketler haritası, yukarıdan aşağı bilginin kullanılmasıyla da iyi sonuçlar vermiştir. Mekanizma anormal olayları tespit etmede güvenliği artırmak için daha da ileri kullanılabilir, bu şekilde gerekli önlem anında alınabilecektir. 5. KAYNAKLAR 1.
